Due to COVID-19 outbreak, delivery time may be a bit higher than normal.
At Izygo we aim to save your shopping time and this is why we always make sure to ship and deliver your product(s) in time. Here are some of our shipping policies that you need to know:
- We ship products all over the country with nominal shipping charges. Please check this in advance while checking out from the website to avoid any discrepancies later.
- While checking out, make sure you have mentioned the shipping address, phone number, and email address correctly. In the event that you incorrectly enter your address, or don't give enough information, you are responsible for any fees associated with revisions, corrections or additions. Izygo is not responsible for any such errors.
- Shipping charges are incurred according to the number of products or the weight of the product(s) and according to the distance of the shipping address. The shipping charges are decided by our shipping partners.
- We ensure to pack your orders well and ship them within 24 hours after receiving them. However, some orders may get out of stock and can take longer to be shipped. We make sure to inform you about this.
- All the orders may take 8-12 working days.
- We're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be an extended delay in processing your orders.
- Working days include all the days of the week minus Saturday and Sunday and excluding the public holidays.
- Make sure the orders are received at the stipulated address while our delivery partner reaches. In case the order is not received and there is no response to the calls, the order would be returned to the delivery partner’s hub. You need to collect the order all yourself from the hub within a stipulated period on your personal expenses.
- In the event of an undelivered shipment, incorrectly entering your shipping address, or a refused package, shipping charges will not be refunded, and actual return shipping costs may be incurred if the package is shipped back to us.
- The required invoices for the order are sent with the order and we also make sure to send a copy of it on your email address.
Our shipping policies may change any time without any prior notice. You are requested to read all our policies carefully before ordering. In case of any discrepancies, the decision of the higher authorities at Izygo would be final and binding.
Restocking fees apply to the returned product(s) due to personal, not qualitative, reasons. When returning product(s) for these reasons, the customer is responsible for covering both return costs & possible restocking fees. Examples of ‘personal reasons ' include ordering the wrong product & failing to cancel the order on time, or not liking the color or style of the product.
Restocking fees are determined by the condition of returned merchandise, the original freight, and the cost of the item.
If the item(s) arrives to the consumer damaged or defective etc. then no restocking fee applies, and the customer will receive a return authorization form.
You can cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund prior to your order being shipped.
Normally, most orders are shipped the same day they are received so the cancellation must be received prior to processing.
Our customer service can inform you of the status of your order and advise you if the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect.
At Izygo, we try our best to bring to you the best products at our store which could satisfy your needs. We take great care of the quality of the products and also ensure proper shipping.
However, in any unfortunate case, if the received product does not meet your approval, you can return it to us within a stipulated period of 60 days, but need to adhere to the following return policies:
- The return period of the product(s) is 30 days from the date on which the product(s) was/were received. In case the return period is over, we would not be liable for any returns and refunds.
- It is necessary to return the product(s) unused or in their original state. In case there’s some manufacturing defect or products receive any harm while shipping, we are liable for the same. In such a case, you need to make the return as soon as possible.
- The returned product(s) should have their hangtags and boxes intact in their original packaging. In case the product receives any harm from the receiver’s side, Izygo may not entertain any return requests and no refunds will be made in such a case.
- If you're returning more than one item, we may ask you to ship the items together or in separate boxes.
- Your refund will include the price of the bag and any duties and taxes minus the return shipping fees. The refund will not include any original shipping charges, if applicable.
- The refund is initiated when the stipulated product(s) is/are received at the correct address in their original state. This time of refund may vary and if you're receiving a refund via credit card, please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of shipments such as FedEx,UPS or USPS.
We may change our return and refund policies without any prior notice and this would already reflect on our website. You are requested to read our policies carefully and check every aspect of the product before buying it. In case of any discrepancies, the decision of the higher authorities at Izygo would be final and binding.
