The return period of the product(s) is 60 days after you receive the order. No returns are accepted after the return period is over and no refunds would be made in such a case.
If you receive wrong or defective orders from us, you need to send it as soon as possible on your own expenses. You will get complete refund for the order minus the original shipping charge after the order is received at our premises.
However, the product should be in its initial state and should not have been tampered with or used. It should have all the required tags on it.
You can check the status of your order from “Track Orders” tab on our website. The status could be tracked after your order has been shipped.
Currently, we deliver products only within the USA.
Essentially, you need to provide your full name, delivery address with zip code, phone number, and email address when placing an order. However, we ensure to keep your critical information fully secure and you need not worry about any breaches.

Apparel orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days and other orders may take up to 10 working days. However, Izygo is not responsible for the delay of orders due to national emergencies, festival crowd or any other issues.
Items may be shipped separately depending on size, availability, and the addition of value-added services.
You will already get an update when the order is out for delivery and you need to receive it at the stated period. However, in case order is not received, the delivery partner takes it back to the delivery hub and you need to collect the order from the place at your own expenses.
If your order is not collected within a stipulated period of time, it gets returned to us and no refunds are made in such a case.

Products can surely be exchanged if you do not find them satisfactory. However, you need to bear all the shipping and return costs of the exchanged products. The difference in the value of the products (if any) would be transferred to your account within 7 days after the original product is received.
The product images on our website could be dissimilar to what you actually receive. It is better to read the description of the intended product, with its color description, shape, and size etc. before you place the order.
Once the product is received, we initiate the refund within 24 hours but it can take up to 7 days to reflect in your bank account. You can check this with your banking partner or use the helpline number 408-646-2640 to contact the Izygo professionals.
